    Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service of Canada is looking for a general contractor for a project including the supply, labour, equipment and materials in order to perform the work as described in the specification.

    Objectives: The purpose of this project is to adding barbed wire to the existing fence of the Archambault Medium institution on St-Anne-Des-Plaines complex.

    Deliverables: The planned works aim to secure the interior courtyards by preventing climbing on the facades up to the roof by:

    ➢ Adding concertina-type barbed wire to the existing fences;
    ➢ Modifying sections of fences to increase their height;
    ➢ Adding concertina-type barbed wire to sections of existing walls.

    There will be a mandatory site visit. (See detail bid solicitation document)

    Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
