    Description of the Requirement:

    Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking to put in place a contract for the Professional Services of a Business Process Consultant to support and increase effectiveness of the agency’s human resources (HR) regime and reduce overall efforts spent on HR management, the Contractor will work with the Parks Canada Project Authority and several process review teams to review and streamline at least 5 key HR processes.

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    Proposed period of contract:

    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to June 30, 2024 inclusive. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two additional one year periods under the same conditions.

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 70 days per contract year.
