Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories):
One (1) Level 3 B.2 Business Architect
Two (2) Level 3 C.7 IT Security Design Specialists
One (1) Level 3 C.6 IT Security Engineer
Description of Work:
The Department of National Defence requires professional services for the provision of Information Management / Information Technology (IM/IT) Engineering and Architecture services to support CD-DAR project in the acquisition of defensive cyber capabilities to improve overall decision support and security of the DND/CAF cyberspace, including the ability to detect, analyze and respond to threats.
This contract includes access to Controlled Goods. Prior to access, the contractor must be registered in the Controlled Goods Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
The Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED/PROTECTED information, assets or sensitive site(s) must be citizens of Canada.
- Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
- The work is currently being performed by Akkodis Canada
Security Requirement: A customized SRCL was created for this requirement.
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance at the level of TOP SECRET
Minimum Resource Security Required: Must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of TOP SECRET

The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/23.
