    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

    Canada has a requirement for the items detailed below:

    GSIN: N1305 – Ammunition, through 30 mm
    UNSPSC: 46101601 – Defence or law enforcement ammunition

    Description: Cartridge, 9mm Luger JHP Ammunition

    A requirement exists to supply Canada with Cartridge, 9mm Luger JHP Ammunition. The cartridge will be used for normal training and operational deployments in domestic law enforcement scenarios.

    Firm Quantity: 1,200,000 cartridges – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan on or before 01 July 2027

    600,000 cartridges – Delivery to CFAD Angus, Milton, Ontario on or before 01 July 2027

    Optional Quantity: 720,000 cartridges – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan between 01 September 2029 and 01 December 2029

    720,000 cartridges – Delivery to Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Dundurn, Saskatchewan between 01 September 2031 and 01 December 2031

    480,000 cartridges – Delivery to CFAD Angus, Milton, Ontario between 01 September 2029 and 01 December 2029

    480,000 cartridges – Delivery to CFAD Angus, Milton, Ontario between 01 September 2031 and 01 December 2031

    Unit of Issue: Each, per cartridge

    1. Security Requirements
    There are no security requirements associated with this procurement.

    2. Controlled Goods
    This procurement may be subject to the Controlled Goods Program

    3. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

    4. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    5. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
