SMALL VESSEL DISPOSAL SERVICES SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT
This requirement is limited solely to supply arrangement holders under the Small Vessel Disposal Services supply arrangement EVC01-202004/B. Vendors who are interested in being qualified under this Supply Arrangement are encouraged to contact the Supply Arrangement Authority at paebad.apwahv@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca for information.
OBJECTIVES OF THE REQUIREMENT
Salvage, remove and store the vessel “Just Wait” located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.
SCOPE OF WORK
The work to be conducted is to remove the submerged vessel located at Back Bay, Yellowknife, NT. The vessel needs to be transported by trailer to a secure holding site proposed by the Contractor.
PERIOD OF WORK
The vessel must be removed from the marine environment and towed to the secure storage site within 14 days of Contract award.
SECURITY
There is no security requirement for this Contract. The Company working under this contract must not be given access to sensitive information or assets, and must be escorted at all times while on DFO premises.
TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the mandatory evaluation criteria as detailed in “Annex B” and Service Request Form attached with the solicitation package. Bidders’ Proposals must clearly demonstrate that they meet all Mandatory Requirements for the proposal to be considered for further evaluation. Proposals not meeting the mandatory criteria will be excluded from further consideration.
MANDATORY CRITERIA
The Bidder must submit their bid, Part 2 of the Service Request Form, duly completed and signed along with the preliminary Vessel Salvage, Removal and Storage Plan, the Pricing Schedule, insurance certificate and all other required documentation.
COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENTS
The procurement is not subject to any Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
SELECTION METHOD
The basis of selection is Lowest Compliant Bid.

The estimated contract period will be 2 month(s).
