Transport of Vehicles

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) North West Region (NWR) Fleet Management requires the transportation of a variety of motor vehicles to RCMP Post Garage locations within the Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec, on an ·as requested" basis.

The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three additional one-year periods. The anticipated start date is at contract award.

The successful Offeror MUST ensure that all persons working on site hold a valid Facility Access with Escort (FA2) security clearance issued by RCMP Departmental Security Section.

Basis of selection:
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price, per requirement, will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
