    Request for Information

    The Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to suppliers qualified under the Workspaces Supply Arrangement (SA) E60PQ-140003.

    FedDev Ontario is planning an office workspace reconfiguration project involving an existing Teknion workstation environment. The project will require the reuse of existing Teknion components and the acquisition of additional Teknion components compatible with the existing workstation system.

    The purpose of this RFI is to determine whether additional suppliers qualified under SA E60PQ-140003 are capable of meeting this requirement by providing expertise in the reuse of existing Teknion components and supplying the compatible Teknion products required to densify the current 34 workstations and add 12 new workstations in accordance with the approved floorplan.

    Qualified suppliers are requested to indicate their ability to supply compatible Teknion products, components and expertise for this requirement, and provide any relevant information regarding their access to or authorization to supply the required products.

    This RFI is issued solely for information-gathering purposes and does not constitute a bid solicitation. No contract will be awarded as a result of this RFI.

    Suppliers interested in responding to this Request for Information (RFI) are invited to submit their response by Friday, July 24, at 2:00 p.m. to approvisionnements@dec-ced.gc.ca. Questions or inquiries may also be directed to this email address.
