Description of the Requirement:
The National Security and Intelligence and Review Agency has a requirement for one (1) Compensation Consultant - Senior to develop a pay equity plan to ensure equitable compensation. Under the new proactive requirements, NSIRA Secretariat will be required to take the necessary steps to ensure that its compensation practices provide equal pay to men and women for work of equal value
