Description
The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) requires on-demand IT and organizational support to meet increasing
operational demands due to rising refugee claims and tribunals. The IRB Digital Strategy and Engagement (DSE) has
identified a need to provide high quality business analysis, business consultation, and business architecture services to the
Board’s corporate applications systems. The objective is to deliver business analysis assistance, business consultation,
and business architecture services in compliance with GOC policies and guidelines, and the adoption of industry best
practices, ensuring a cohesive approach that harmonizes business and IT objectives
