Statistics Canada will extend an invitation to the first five (5) qualified supply arrangement holders only who submit a written request for invitation to the Contracting Authority.
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

Description of Work:
The objective of this requirement is to:
1. Successfully merge multiple instances of both Jira and Confluence along with their plugins to one instance for Jira and Confluence respectively;
2. Successfully migrate Atlassian products from their Server version to Data Center version on the Statistics Canada (StatCan) cloud tenant before the Server version end-of-life on Feb 15, 2024.
