The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
Polar Knowledge Canada requires the services of one resource to redesign the Polar Knowledge Canada Canada.ca website to enhance user experience, ensure compliance with accessibility standards, improve the overall functionality of the site and to provide background and storytelling about Polar Knowledge Canada. The redesigned website should facilitate easier navigation, provide a more intuitive user interface, and effectively communicate Polar Knowledge Canada's mission and activities.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free-Trade Agreement, the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to March 31st 2026 with one (1) six (6) month option periods.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract is 320 hours with 100 optional hours.
