a. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Canadian Nuclear Safety
Commission (the "Client") for the provision of Arrest Training Contract under the Canadian Safeguards Support Program (CSSP) in the Fall.
b. It is intended to result in the award of one contract for three (3) years.
c. The requirement is not subject to the trade agreements.
