Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a supplier to enter into a Task Authorization based Contract with the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) to provide Legal Advisory Services.
The Government of Canada, as employer of locally engaged employees (LES) in Canada’s diplomatic mission in the Paris, France, seeks to obtain expert legal advice related to the employment of LES.
The work under the Mandate is to be performed from the contract award date for a period of 3 years. There is also the potential of 2 additional one-year irrevocable option periods under the same terms and conditions.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/01.
