The objective of the SOW is to have a qualified contactor to provide snow clearing & ice control at the Stephenville Base.
Snow Clearing & Ice Control. Remove snow and ice, supply and spread salt, or a mixture of sand and salt to prevent slippery conditions on all driveways, parking areas, trucking/loading areas, entrances including all building exits, exterior stairwells, walkways, sidewalks and vehicle entrances and exits. All pathways and areas around the fire hydrants must be kept clear and accessible.

The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/01.
