Description
The National Research Council Canada has a requirement for the supply of a Lock-in Amplifier. The lock-in amplification is a technique to detect weak signals in a noisy environment by modulating the probe signal at a specific environment and then demodulating it. For our purpose we suggest Zurich Instrument AG, Model VHFLI 200 MHz, which has high dynamic reserve, and frequency range as high as 200 MHz, PID/PLL feedback control loop, and with integrated tools such as spectrum analysis, frequency sweeps as well as data acquisition. The equipment must be optimized to work well with our experimental setup and delivers the most accurate result.
