    Description of Requirement
    Public Safety Canada (PS) requires a venue in the National Capital Region and hospitality services for the organization of an annual conference, which will permit the delivery of presentations in a hybrid format, for in-person and virtual attendees, in compliance with all government of Canada language and accessibility policy requirements. There will be a maximum of 250 in person participants. The venue must be located within a 5 km radius of 269 Laurier Ave West, Ottawa, ON K1A 0P8. Room rental and hospitality services will be required for three consecutive days during the week of February 23 to 27, 2026. Room rental will be required on the day preceding the conference to allow sufficient time for audiovisual and technical setup prior to the start of the event. Hospitality services will not be required on the day prior to the beginning of the event. The exact delivery dates will be confirmed in advance of the event.
