The Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking user experience testing services to enhance the accessibility and usability of its learning material. Specifically, the Department is seeking a contract to establish access to on demand services whereby individuals with disabilities who possess expertise in utilizing diverse adaptive technologies will evaluate the user experience from various angles and accessibility perspectives, ultimately improving the quality of the Department’s offerings.
