Description of Work:
Correctional Service Canada requires the services of a supplier with experience with the Canadian Federal Public Sector, digital transformation, information technology systems development and integration, and particularly in the correctional services and public sector domain to deliver an enterprise digital strategy that includes:
• Identifying the supporting business and technical capabilities required to help improve and innovate CSC Information Technology services delivery;
• Re-imagining new ways of operating and transforming business processes to bring to life the future state of CSC’s Digital Strategy and to enable new ways of working that maintain security and safety while allowing employees to focus on value-added work that benefits offenders, stakeholders and Canadians;
• Defining the target state and the associated foundational technologies required to achieve the target state;
• Realigning CSC’s existing activities into an integrated digital strategy; and
• Identifying the target state knowledge, skills, and abilities required to execute the digital strategy, and defining the desired culture that will enable and drive CSC’s ambition.
