    The Canadian Space Agency (the Agency) is seeking a firm specializing in building and grounds maintenance for its site at 6767 route de l'Aéroport, Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada (John H. Chapman Space Centre, JHCSC).

    Initial period : From October 1st, 2024 to September 30, 2026
    4 additional optional years

    As planned, the labour required includes:
    • Building maintenance technician
    2 full-time positions, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    • Building and grounds maintenance technician
    2 full-time positions, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    • Labourer
    1 full-time position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    These positions are usually seasonal, from mid-April to late September.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/01.
