The RCMP requires the expertise of senior level Financial Specialists to enhance the current model into a more automated, sustainable, and analytically robust solution, reducing manual inputs and improving reporting capabilities.

The long-term objective is to develop and build a cost attribution model which will focus on articulating full and future oriented costs, including depreciation, contingencies, other forward-looking pressures, and be integrated with SAP S/4HANA. Furthermore, the intent is to conduct an annual assurance audit of this model to ensure it is accurate, reliable, fit for purpose and suitable for informing decision-making. This engagement will be confirmed through a subsequent contract.
