This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number CIC-155488 dated May 1 2023 with a closing of June 7 2023 at 2:00pm EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
This bid solicitation is being issued to fulfill the requirement of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada, hereinafter known as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to acquire Open Source Software Technical Support for Fluentd and Prometheus, which are key components of the Enterprise Monitoring Platform (EMP).
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Open Source Software Technical Support as defined in Appendix "D", Statement of Work, for five (5) years including all options.
This bid solicitation contains security requirements.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/01.
