    Description

    This requirement is for The Department of National Defence (DND).

    This procurement is subject to a preference for Indigenous businesses.

    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1, under the region, level of expertise and for the following categories:

    • B.6 Business Systems Analyst (Level 3)
    • B.7 Business Transformation Architect (Level 3)

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

    All qualified SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

    Description of the Requirement:

    DND, specifically the Vice Chief of the Defence Staff (VCDS) has a requirement for the services of Business System Analyst and Business Transformation Architect to assist in the development and implementation of initiatives within the PDC2 concept on an “as and when requested basis”. This is to bring stewardship to CAF Joint enablers which are required to be aligned with standards and processes that the CAF has committed to as part of various alliances and agreements, primarily NORAD, FVEY and NATO.
