This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream(s):
a) Stream: 2. Business Consulting / Change Management Stream
b) Category: 2.4 Organization Development Consultant
c) Level of Expertise: Senior
This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Indigenous business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual.

Description of the Requirement:
This requirement is:
Continuation of internal efforts to support DTO mandate expansion and creation of new Directorate Generals, along with new divisions/units. Emphasis will be on the net new component(s) of the organization, but subsequent efforts to review the existing structure to look for areas to reduce duplication of effort or leverage economies of scale will need to be performed. The priorities, business plans and activities will be updated to ensure that the right organizational structure and the right number of qualified resources are in place to meet the office’s mandate and objectives.
Furthermore, DTO will be working closely with its partners and stakeholders as it explores all avenues to achieve a seamless transition. As with any new initiative, it is expected that the fulsome vision and direction will evolve over time, require adjustment to the initial plans and activities.
The contract is envisioned to be approximately one (1) year in length.

The proposed period of contract shall be from: May 1st 2024 – March 31st 2025
Estimated Level of Effort:
