    Description

The Department of National Defence (DND) of Canada wishes to make the Pointe-à-Carcy (PAC) building
more secure. The building is located in a dense and tourist-heavy area of the city.

A physical security assessment conducted by the Military Police, as well as a Threat and Risk Assessment
(TRA), evaluated the security level of the residence. These assessments recommended, among other
measures, that the windows be covered with a blast-resistant film to protect DND members in case of
danger and to obstruct visibility into the building.

    Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/17.
