    Description of the Requirement:

    Enterprise Resource Procurement (ERP) Agile Process – Strategic Advisory Services.

    To support this process, the GC intends to engage a third-party advisory firm with deep ERP market intelligence and vendor negotiation experience. These advisory services will in part assist in validating pricing proposals, structuring contractual terms, and ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise objectives.

    Debriefings:

    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
