REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada requires a Contractor to complete HVAC system component replacements and upgrades at four (4) structures (Lake Louise, Saddleback), and two (2) structures at McKay Creek Compound. Each of these sites will be occupied throughout the duration of the contract, so building operations cannot be disrupted.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
Potential and interested sub-contractors are invited to add their company’s name under the section “Partner with another business”

The estimated contract period will be 7 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/30.
