    Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) – Internal Audit, IT and Systems Audit, and Forensic Audit

    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), National Capital Region

    Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), World Trade Organisation-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada Ukraine Free-Trade Agreement (CUFTA), Canada Korea Trade Agreement (CKTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP).

    Tendering procedures: The suppliers qualified under the Professional Audit Support Services supply arrangement have been invited to submit a bid.

    Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.

    Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Indigenous Suppliers.

    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

    Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements.

    Nature of Requirements:

    This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work Streams 1: Internal Audit Services, 3: Information Technology and Systems Audit, and 4: Forensic Audits against the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (SA) E60ZQ-180001/D. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) seeks to establish a contract(s) under the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement, under the following Streams:

     Stream 1: Internal Audit;
     Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audit;
     Stream 4: Forensic Audit;

    Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Internal Audit, Information Technology and Systems Audit and Forensic Audit as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work, and to be provided under the Contract, on an “as and when requested” basis only, for (1) year and four (3) option periods of one (1) year each for the Correctional Service of Canada.

    Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

    Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

    Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:

    Period of the Contract: The work is to be performed during the period of Contract award date to one (1) year later with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
