    This procurement is voluntarily set aside for Indigenous businesses under the federal government’s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Businesses (PSIB). It is open only to those Indigenous TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders No. EN578-170432, who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.

    Description of Work: The Integrated Service Management program requires IM/IT professional services resources with specialized knowledge of ServiceNow, and in particular, business processes mapping and service management workflows that enable Human Resources Services, IT Service Management and Facilities and Field Service Management. The requirement is on an “as and when requested” basis mainly in the National Capital Region (NCR) as well as regions across Canada.
