    Description of the Requirement:
    The objective of this project is for the provision of a research report that provides an overview and analysis of the regulatory framework governing hybrid and technology-based CDR both in Canada and globally. The report will consider the current state of CDR solutions, provide global regulatory insights and experiences, and identify the legislative and regulatory gaps and challenges that are impacting further development of the technology in Canada.

    DELIVERY DESTINATION AREA: Ottawa, Ontario (all deliverables are to be provided electronically to the Project Authority)
