Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada has a requirement for the installation of CORCAN Furniture and related support services on an “as and when requested basis”. The work will involve the following:
Objectives:
To provide, on an "as and when requested basis", installation services of existing and new CORCAN
furniture which includes dismantling, reconfiguring, moving and receiving of existing or new CORCAN
workstations, and performing repairs associated with warranty claims on CORCAN installed furniture, in the National Capital Region.
Deliverables:
The Contractor must provide the following services on an “as and when requested” basis, as required by the Technical Authority or his authorized representative:
1) the installation of all models of CORCAN workstation systems
2) the dismantling and reconfiguring of all models of CORCAN workstation systems
3) the installation of other CORCAN furniture lines
4) the provision of a full range of repairs associated with warranty claim services on CORCAN installed Furniture
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of 01-November-2026 to 31-October-2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
