Description
Work under this project includes, but is not limited to, the provision of all plant, labour, equipment material and supervision required to complete electrical upgrades at Prosser Rock in St. John’s, NL, in strict accordance with specifications and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.
The Work generally consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Removal of all existing electrical equipment including metering system, enclosures, panels, heating, exit and emergency lighting, wiring devices, lighting fixtures, conduits, wiring, etc., as indicated.
• Supply and installation of new shore power junction boxes, coverplates, receptacles, labels, etc. as indicated.
• Supply and installation of new conduit and fittings for a complete installation.
• Supply and installation of new multi-metering system for all existing shore power receptacles. Metering system to Intellimeter or approved equal.
• Supply and install new termination enclosure, panelboards, etc. as indicated.
• Supply and installation of new electrical equipment, devices, etc. in existing Harbour Authority Building as indicated.
• Other work as indicated on drawings.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/08/24.
