    Description

    Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) is seeking a contractor with a Software as a Service (SaaS) application to host a solution that can be configured to meet specific requirements that allows for the management, delivery, tracking, reporting, and evaluation of all Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) and Clinical Care Pathways (CCPs) and supporting learning and training materials.

    It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for the delivery of the services. The period of Contract will be from date of Contract award to March 31, 2026 with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
