    Description

    Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Janitorial Services to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre.

    Mandatory Work Site Visit (General Conditions, section 5.2):
    The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at the Saint-Hyacinthe Research and Development Centre (3600 Boul. Casavant Ouest, Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec) on May 7, 2026, beginning at 9H30 AM.
    Offerors must sign an attendance sheet.
    Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.

    Technical Evaluation (General Conditions, section 8.0):
    Annual Cleaning Schedule - Provide Annual Cleaning Schedule, as described in Part A, Section 4.0 of the Annex Statement of Work.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/07/01.
