The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires 3 units of the Pelican-Hardigg MAC Rack Cases with castors and 14 units of the Pelican-Hardigg MAC Rack Cases without castors, or Equivalent (with an option to purchase up to 2 additional units of the Pelican Hardigg MAC Rack Cases with castors or Equivalent and up to 3 additional units of the Pelican Hardigg MAC Rack Cases without castors or Equivalent within 12 months). The requirement is to meet the need to have a Trunking System housed in rack mount cases to provide protection during shipping, transport, storage and use.
The initial deliverables must be received 12 weeks from date of Contract award (date to be inserted at contract award).
The optional deliverables must be received 12 weeks after the option is exercised.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
