    MAXIMO Configuration Changes This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories: One (1) Senior Application/Software Architect 0ne (1) Intermediate Programmer/Analyst 0ne (1) Intermediate Data Conversion Specialist 0ne (1) Intermediate Instructor, Information Technology Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), World Trade Organisation-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Canada Ukraine Free-Trade Agreement (CUFTA), Canada Korea Trade Agreement (CKTA), Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama, Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has implemented in 2017/2018 the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) at more than fifty (50) facilities in five (5) regions across Canada. Institutions across the country need support from specialists experienced for different aspects / configuration / programming / use of the Maximo software. CSC has 3 Maximo environments: Development (DEV) to develop new configurations, TEST for testing and training, and Production (PROD) for actual maintenance Management. The Contractor must be able to service all establishments in all five (5) regions in the provision of its services. CSC also has a requirement to pursue the implementation of regulatory and non-regulatory maintenance at all sites with a focus in the Ontario region. Objectives: The Correctional Service Canada requires the services of a company that has experience in MAXIMO CMMS from IBM in order to complete software Configuration Changes based on updated business processes since the original configuration, develop training material and new data management needed for building condition reports. Additionally completing the implementation for Ontario sites including data entry of assets, location, preventative maintenance, and users. See the list of planned tasks in section 1.3 for more details on the specific objectives. The Contractor must get familiar with the programming and data already established by CSC in the first week following the first Task Authorisation. Deliverables: Services will be provided under the Contract on an as and when requested basis. A Task Authorization (TA) will be utilized to perform tasks during the life of this contract.
