    NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)
    for
    TASK BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS)

    This requirement is for: Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD)

    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN578-170432 who qualified under Tier 1, under the National Capital Region (NCR) and under the following categories:
    • 2 x B.1 Business Analyst – Level 3
    • 2 x B.3 Business Consultant – Level 3
    • 2 x B.6 Business System Analyst – Level 3
    • 2 x P.1 Change Management Consultant – Level 3

    The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

    Description of the Requirement:
    The objective of this RFP is to gain access to a team of resources that will continue to support the evolution and modernization of IT service delivery and support at Global Affairs Canada (GAC) which consists of two Digital Enablement Projects:
    1. The continuation and operationalization of Tech for Life.
    2. The development and implementation of a Shift-Left strategy.

    Security:
    There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.     Debriefings:
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
