Description
This report outlines the statement of requirements for the supply and installation (design and build) of a self-supporting tower to be used for telecommunications purposes.
The work completed by the Contractor and their team will help DFO ensure that the CCG Port Dover SAR Station site is capable of supporting the operations and needs of departmental programs and services now and into the future.
This project scope includes design, fabrication and installation of a self-support tower (utilizing existing concrete foundation pad) capable of supporting various telecommunication and environmental equipment (i.e. antenna, speaker, anemometer, GPS equipment, etc.) – assumed approximate weight of equipment is 100 lbs. Equipment to be installed by others.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 27, 2026.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 3 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/12/01.
