    Description

    This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W6399-25-LQ59/B dated June 10, 2025 with a closing of July 10, 2025 at 1400 EDT for the Deep Snow variant only. A debriefing or feedback session was provided upon request to Offeror’s who offered on the previous solicitation of offers.

    The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply and delivery of deep snow, Light Over Snow Vehicles (LOSV). The offer must fully comply with the Technical Specifications within the Request for Proposal solicitation document.

    The deliverables are required no later than March 31, 2026.

    The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    Contract duration

    The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
