The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking a Contractor to provide Formative Evaluation Services of the 2020-2028 Volunteer Cooperation Program (VCP).
The evaluation covers all 13 development projects funded through the VCP. Geographic coverage includes all countries of VCP interventions, with projects implemented in 47 countries across Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean.
Contract duration
