Description
The Department of National Defence (DND) is seeking information from industry about the expected availability of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) and of drop-in replacements for HFCs.
The federal Ozone-Depleting Substances and Halocarbon Alternatives Regulations (ODSHAR) from 2016 establish limits on the importation of HFCs and of products containing HFCs. DND needs to understand possible constraints on supplies of HFCs in the 2024 to 2030 period, as well as possible drop-in replacements.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/10/01.
