Transport Canada is looking to Finalize three (3) interconnected digital products that support the Ocean Protection Plan (OPP) modernization initiatives, namely the Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) System, the Vessel Registry System, and the MITRACK 2.0 application.
