Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for a Campus Signage Designer
The procurement [is/is not] anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at http://ryerson.bonfirehub.ca  on or before October 20, 2022 (11AM local time).
The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Conditions for Participation
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
Stage One - Pass/Fail
Stage Two - Minimum Passing Score of 65% (46 of 70 points).
