D&C Supplies

This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective bidders to submit bids for WH-002-MB-22, D&C Supplies as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) for a fixed term of five (5) Years. 
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFT and administering the RFT process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D).
The purpose of this RFT is to establish an Agreement between one or more Selected Bidder (s) and Shared Health and the designated sites to provide the products as outlined in this RFT which may include consignment with the understanding that an invoice cannot be issued for those goods until the goods are used.  Bidders are advised that should it be determined that other Sites within the Winnipeg Health Region and/or other regional health authorities within Manitoba and/or other public entities within the Province of Manitoba will require the same or similar products as outlined in this RFT for the purposes of ensuring compatibility, Shared Health may not issue another competitive bid.
If the Bidder agrees at the time of bid submission, there will be the option to extend the awarded Agreement(s) for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year.  The awarded Agreement(s) are anticipated to commence August 1, 2023. This RFT may be awarded in whole or in part based upon the best economic interests of the designated sites, and in accordance with the evaluation criteria as outlined.
