DESIGN, SUPPLY, AND INSTALLATION OF HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS AND HYDRAULIC CYLINDER

The scope of work includes design, calculations, preparation and submittal of drawings and data, labour, expertise, fabrication, assembly, painting, inspection and shop testing, packaging, delivery, unloading, site installation, testing and commissioning of four (4) new hydraulic cylinders with an internally mounted MLDT position sensor, two (2) new hydraulic power units and related equipment, new hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system, new pillow block trunnion bearing assemblies, new hydraulic tubing and hoses and associated valves and fittings within the battery limits as defined in the Technical Specification, for the Portage Diversion Assiniboine River Control System in the Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie.

Electrical scope of work includes electrical conduit, wiring and cables, modification of existing PLC program and HMI configuration to integrate the new MLDT position sensors. Additionally, electrical work for the installation and integration of the new HPU instrumentation is required.
