    Description
    The University of Ottawa dinning hall is an award winning all you can eat style concept. We have over 10 stations offering a variety of delicious meals all served on real dishwasher. We have on average 2,800-3,200 meal plan holders annually, who visit the dining hall anywhere between 1-4 times daily. We are averaging about 8,000 entries per day. Our operations (including preparation) run non-stop from September to end of April from 05h00am-00h30am, holidays included. The dishwasher in our main kitchen is used for all the pots, pans, baking sheets and other cooking equipment used by our culinary team. As well as all the dishware used by our visiting customers; bowls, plates, cutlery, mugs, plastic tumbler cups (between 5-8 pieces per entry). The University is looking for a flight dishwasher that can accommodate our operational needs mentioned above.
