Interior renovation of existing Western University Book Store. The interior renovations will include demolition of existing glazing, partitions, wall and ceilings, stair nosing and millwork, as well the interior renovations will include new partitions, new floor and ceiling finishes, a new fire rated partition and door, new storefront glazing and deluge sprinkler system, new fire shutter, and mechanical and electrical items.
