Description
With the ever-evolving needs of patients and providers, Grand River Hospital recognizes the need to not stay static or complacent, but to continue to push the envelope and explore, evolve, and innovate in the way we deliver care. As a result, Grand River Hospital is looking to take a patient-centric approach to enhancing and improving its patient and provider experience through a purposeful evolution and maturation of its external assets (namely, a new and improved public-facing website), internal assets (including intranet and internal collaboration and file-sharing channels), communications processes, and fundraising initiatives.
