Description
This Request for Pre-Qualification (“Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Manitoba Labour Consumer Protection and Government Services to prospective Vendors to qualify for eligibility to provide the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Courtroom Video Conferencing Equipment .

The Department of Justice, Courts Division is requesting the installation of a new video conferencing system in the Swan River courtroom. The system will facilitate video links with correctional facilities and other video conferencing systems within the Justice network.

The Vendor will be required to supply, deliver and install video conferencing equipment to courthouses within Manitoba  on an as and when basis as indicated in this RFPQ. The Vendor shall be required to Supply, Deliver and install the video conferencing equipment for the Swan river courthouse before March 31st 2023.
