PHASE 2 WINTER WORK
Phase 2 Winter Work as shown on the Plans and described in this Special Provision shall include, but are not necessarily limited to the Work as follows:
- Excavate lower bench as required, dispose of material;
- Place geotextile above waterline and place rip rap in water and on lower bench;
- Place rip rap on riverbank, above water level.
- Site restoration.
