The City of Brandon is interested in obtaining Proposals for Cleaning Requirements for Various City Facilities – Three (3) Year Agreement
The City of Brandon requires cleaning services for ten (10) buildings. Included in the contract are:

Civic Services Complex, 900 Richmond Avenue East - 6,850 square feet (Civic Services - 6,250, Meter Shop - 500, and Equipment Storage Building Washroom - 100)
Brandon Municipal Airport Terminal Building, 405 Agnew Drive -14,764 square feet
Brandon Fire and Emergency Services and Provincial 911 Facility, 120-19th Street North - 9,610 square feet
Transit Station, 21-8th Street - 528 square feet
Recycling Facility, 765-33rd Street East -3,200 square feet
Parks Complex, 2020 McGregor Avenue - 2,240 square feet
Princess Park Washroom Building, 818 Princess Avenue - 200 square feet
